IS THE SHIPPING DATE THE SAME AS THE DELIVERY DATE?

SHIPPING dates refer to when an item leaves the seller while the DELIVERY date specifies when it should reach the customer.
We ship within 3-5 business days after payment is completed.

 For Our Apparel and Accessory items: All of our apparel and accessories are shipped from the U.S.A and typically arrives at its destination within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

For Handmade Items: Our handmade items are crafted with care and made to order. Due to the intricate nature of their creation and potential order demand, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Home Decor and Accents: Delivery time is dependant on our warehouse location. For Non-Imported items shipped from the U.S.A, typically arrives at its destination within 3-7 business days

For Imported Items: Imported items are shipped globally, and delivery times can vary due to our multiple warehouse locations. We kindly request that you expect a delivery window of up to 10-14 business days for your imported items to arrive. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we are committed to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Shipping fees
 Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from mischalottie.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

 

Where Do My Items Ship From?

We ship our products from several different warehouses outside of the US. If you order several different products, they might arrive separately and on a different day.

While most of our products ship from the U.S., our handmade items are created all over the world. Handmade items may take a bit longer and will arrive separately. 

Our main distribution center is located in San jacinto, CA in the USA

 

Important Information

To ensure the successful and timely delivery of your package, it is essential that you provide accurate and complete address details during the purchase process. Please include all relevant information, such as correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details (if applicable). Failure to do so may result in lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, for which we cannot be held responsible.

For deliveries to PO Boxes, we offer shipping via USPS. However, please note that expedited shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses. Shipments to APOs and US Territories may experience some delays. We may also utilize different carriers at our discretion.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. By ordering from Mischa Lottie, the consignee authorizes us to import the goods on their behalf. We may choose to delegate this responsibility to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. In addition to the purchase price of the goods, the consignee will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties.

Processing Time

Our operational timeline entails the processing of all orders within a span of 3-5 business days, encompassing comprehensive quality control, meticulous packing, and methodical sorting. During instances of heightened demand resulting in increased order volumes, the processing period might marginally extend. We kindly request your consideration of these supplementary transit days when initiating your order placement.

Rest assured, our commitment to uncompromising quality control protocols for our products remains unwavering. Your items will be meticulously packaged to ensure their safe delivery. Following the placement of an order, a tracking ID will be promptly secured from the designated shipping company. Consequently, it is pertinent to note that the shipping status may temporarily display as "PRE-SHIPMENT," "Label Created, not yet in system," or "Await the items" for a duration of approximately 5 business days. Subsequent to this period, the package will make its way to our distribution center located in CA, US.

1. The Shipping Zone excludes territories and uninhabited island possessions.

2. Delivery delays may occur on occasion. Mischa Lottie cannot guarantee exact shipping times and will not provide full refunds in cases where orders are received later than anticipated.
3. Should your order be mishandled or lost by the carrier, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@mischalottie.com.
4. Mischa Lottie is not accountable for customs taxes that may arise in accordance with local regulations. Any taxes or duties imposed on your order by your respective government will be your responsibility.
5. Shipments are not conducted on weekends and major holidays.
6. During annual Chinese Public Holidays, including the Chinese Lunar New Year (typically in February), Labor Day (every 1st of May), and Chinese National Day (every 1st of October), delivery times may experience disruptions due to service interruptions from our suppliers and logistics operators. Delays of approximately 3-4 days or even longer can be anticipated. We extend our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused during these periods and kindly request the patience of our valued customers.

Q: The status of my order has remained "In Transit" for several days.

A: Orders will maintain an "In Transit" status until they reach the subsequent shipping hub. On occasion, factors beyond our control might lead to packages not receiving updated scans for a certain duration. Should your package retain the "In Transit" status for a period exceeding 7 business days from the latest tracking update, kindly get in touch with us for a more detailed investigation into the matter. Q: What is your processing time?

A: Each order undergoes a distinct processing period, distinct from the time it takes for the shipment to reach its final destination post-collection from our fulfillment center by the relevant carrier. The processing duration for standard domestic and international orders may extend up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays), contingent on various variables.

Following the successful authorization and verification of your payment, the processing time for Standard orders can potentially extend up to 5 business days. It's important to note that this is a rough estimate and does not encompass weekends or holidays.

Q: Rates and Timelines for Shipping

A: Kindly be aware that orders destined for US locations might necessitate a timeframe of 1-12 business days from the shipment date—rather than the order placement date—for delivery. This duration is contingent upon the chosen shipping method and the ultimate destination of the order.

Upon dispatch of your order, an email containing tracking details will be sent to you.

For both U.S. domestic and international orders, USPS or UPS will serve as our primary shipping carriers for most destinations. At our discretion, alternative carriers may be utilized to fulfill specific shipping needs.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Q: IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, THERE ARE FEW THINGS THAT I CAN RECOMMEND

2. Enquire with all household members (if applicable) or neighbors if they have come across the delivered package. Sometimes, packages might have been left with a neighbor, so it's worth asking around.
3. If your search proves unsuccessful, you can proceed to complete a missing mail report on USPS.com. Typically, this report would require your name, tracking number, and home address.

4. If the package remains elusive, it is advisable to contact your local police department and file a report for missing mail. Federal mail theft is a grave offense that demands serious attention.

5. In the event that your package is lost or unaccounted for, it is crucial to contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. This timeframe is essential to qualify for a potential store credit or reshipment. Mischa Lottie cannot assure full accountability for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier; each situation will be evaluated on an individual basis. We are committed to assisting you in collaborating with the carrier to complete the claims process. It's important to note that claims may take up to 30 days to conclude, depending on the chosen shipping carrier.
